Carol is retired from the U.S. Postal Service. She is
the mother of two adult daughters. She stays busy volunteering
through her church, the Central Kentucky Blood Center, and Hospice
of the Bluegrass.
She lives with her husband, Billy, and their cat, Damien.

Member At Large - Ruth Ament
Ruth is a resident of Lexington for some
thirty plus years. She grew up in northern Kentucky and graduated
from Notre Dame Academy in Covington. She is married to Fred, has
three children and two granddaughters. She is serving her 3rd year
as BGCB Membership Chair. |

Member At Large - Susan Ament
Susan is legally blind from birth and a member of BGCB for 12 years. She graduated from U. of Louisville
with a doctorate in clinical psychology. She enjoys reading, taking various classes, and caring for her cat, Chance. |

Member At Large - Max Fiscus
Max is a retired Recreation Therapist that competed on 2 Big Ten Track Championship Teams.
He serves on the Finance Committee for BGCB. He also enjoys his 6 grandchildren, golfing, and his bees.

Member At Large - Philip Rose
Philip has been affiliated with BGCB for
several years, having served as President for 2005 and 2006. He
graduated from Lafayette High School in 1987, and has a two year
degree from Lexington Community College (1990). He has worked six
years as a Customer Support Rep at Lexmark, and is a very detail
oriented person. His hobbies include music, sports, traveling, and
keeping up with broadcasting. He also sings in his Church Choir. |
