Starlet
I met Starlet in Moonlight Garden but got to know her better as a fellow Silver Doller and while being a moderator in her forum The Golden Veil. However, I've been a fan of her work for longer than I've known her. Starlet's bases are outstanding and her dolls are always so feminine and beautiful. I've actually considered her my sis even if unofficially for a while now but was always afraid to ask her. I mean, why would she want another sister? So you can imagine I was more than excited when she asked me.
