Covered. Private clubs and rooming or boarding houses containing not more than one (1) room for rent or hire and which are owner-occupied are exempted. Advertisement of discrimination in a place of public accommodation also unlawful.

Exempted are restrooms, shower rooms, bath houses and similar facilities, YMCA, YWCA and similar type dormitory lodging facilities, and hospitals, nursing homes, and penal institutions to require that men and women be in the same room.
