Combat value: A maximum of 18 counting levels but not maneuver bonuses

Speed: Maximum of 10

Skill rolls: 20-

 

House Rules:

 

Hit locations as well Impairing and Disabling results will be used but for targeted attacks only. Base attacks will be consider to strike the “chest” for damage for determination of damage though sfx wise they might hit anywhere Bleeding will also be used.

 

Killing Attack will have a flat x3 Stun Multiplier. Increase Stun Multiplier is +1 Advantage.  

 

If a Killing Attack from a weapon with the Real Weapon limitation (assumed if the weapon was acquired through Resource points) cannot possibly do Body to a superhuman character on it maximum roll then it cannot do Stun to them.

 

Attacks normally do knockdown, unless brought with Does Knockback

 

Body Damage is doubled before defenses for Killing attacks and Superhuman Strength (25+) is increased by 1.5 against “normal” objectis and people, specifically items and characters with the Real Technology or Normal Characteristic Maxima Limitations.

 

Character with Normal Characteristic Maxima suffer 1.5 Effect from Mental Powers.

 

Characters can spend Resource points for normal level technology and begin with 70

 

Resistant Defense is strongly advised

 

Martial Arts Damage classes do not apply against inanimate targets (walls, trees, etc). They are halved against “non living but active targets (robots, etc).

No “Cosmic” Variable Power Pools and any VPP will be examined closely during character generation.

 

Character with innate powers created by the “Seeding” should generally be physically healthy and have an above physical appearance though my have some inhuman features.
