Cynthiana, KY is a small town located approximately 25 miles north of Lexington, KY and 75 miles south of Cincinnati, OH.  It is considered to be in the north central region of the state.  Cynthiana is on the northern border of Kentucky's famed Bluegrass region.  Cynthiana is the county seat of Harrison County.  The city's population is approx. 6000 and that of the county is approx. 23,000.
