Create an HTML page that creates a form that allows the
user to enter their social security number, their status(Freshmen,
Sophmore, Special, Undeclared), select one or more of LCC's CIS courses from
a Select box that lists all of LCC's CIS courses, a place to enter notes,
and a box to list the total number of credits for courses selected.
Your form should ensure that the user entered a nine digit Social Security Number,
selected a status, and selected at least one course. You form should display the
current number of credits for the current number of courses selected.
