Nature's Touch
Into our life it flows
Then, just as quickly, wisps back out again
A gentle message from Nature herself
Just a soft reminder
So we don't forget
The Earth
That gave us life
Yes, she is here
She has never left
We build cities, and obscure the land
Blurring her presence into obscurity
But not erasing it
We Hide the land
We create boundaries
We cannot constrain Nature
We cannot stop the wind
It will always be
In our lives
In our minds
In our hair
In our most sinful world
The gentle caress...
Brings love, where there is hate
Brings peace there there is war
Brings comfort where there is depression
Brings calm where there is noise
The gentle softness
The touch
of Earth
The touch...the soft touch
of a breeze
"Nature's Touch" was actually published through a organization at Sullivan University
(Then Sullivan College) known as Mosaic. Only a limited number of each publication is printed
and distributed in Lexington, Kentucky and on the Sullivan Campus in Louisville, Kentucky
I doubt I would be capable of getting additional copies printed.
