before submitting an order to AeroMachines.com. These

terms and conditions shall supercede any subsequent

terms or conditions included with any online order,

whether or not AeroMachines.com, signs such terms or

conditions. AeroMachines.com, reserves the right to

make changes to this site and these terms and

conditions at any time without notice.

PRIVACY POLICY

At AeroMachines.com, we value your privacy. Your personal

information is for use by AeroMachines.com's staff

only--Period. This information is kept on a secure server

to protect it from outside parties, and is information used

for the limited purpose of processing your order(s).

Information may also be used for statistical purposes, to

improve our web site and services to you, to administer

our site, and to notify you of products or special offers

that may be of interest to you. Your personal information

will not be sold and will not leave AeroMaschines.com.

SECURED TRANSACTIONS

If using either Netscape or Internet Explorer as your web

browser, your online transactions are fully encrypted and

ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY

Your emailed receipt of an order confirmation does not

signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it

constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Item availability

and prices are subject to change at any time, without

notice. AeroMachines.com reserves the right to limit

quantities, and to decline the acceptance of any order for

any reason. AeroMachines.com reserves the right at any

time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to

you, to supply less than the quantity ordered of any item.

All orders placed over $2,000.00 (U.S.) will be

thoroughly researched before shipping, in accordance

with the policies set by AeroMachines.com's Credit and

Fraud Avoidance Department. AeroMachine.com may require additional information and/or verification

before accepting and processing any order. Click here

AeroMachines.com urges you to confirm your purchase and

personal information before submitting any orders.

ORDER CANCELLATION

An order may be canceled only if that item is

backordered and not available to ship. Click here to

request an order cancellation. Any order submitted

through this website, if in stock, will ship immediately and

cannot be canceled. A notification will be sent via email

when an order is canceled. AeroMachines.com reserves the

right to cancel an order or to issue a Return Merchandise

Authorization (RMA) for merchandise that is advertised

in error, that does not conform to advertised

specifications, or was shipped in error. Charge backs

from credit card issuing banks are subject to the above

policies.

BACKORDERS

At AeroMachines.com, we make every effort to provide you

with up-to-the-minute inventory status and product

availability information. Due to the fact that our online

store is operating in start up mode, an item may not always be in stock. AeroMachines will accept orders for out-of-stock items. If the item you

order is not in stock, it will be placed on backorder and

shipped to you when it becomes available. On orders

with backordered items, the total shipping charges are

included with the first shipment. Shipping charges are

non-refundable. A backorder may be canceled at any

time prior to shipping.

RETURN POLICY

Most items we sell come with our 30-day guarantee

against defects. Defective software within this time

frame will be replaced immediately, upon receipt of the

defective product. Defective hardware will be replaced

or repaired at our discretion. There are NO RETURNS

on Toshiba, IBM, COMPAQ and HITACHI products, they

must be returned directly to the manufacturer. Factory

Refurbished items are non-returnable. Before returning

any item, you must contact AeroMachine's Returns

days of your invoice date for a Return Merchandise

Authorization (RMA) number. No returns of any type will

be accepted without an RMA number. All non-defective,

unopened returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Defective returns that are found to be non-defective are

subject to a 25% restocking fee. AeroMachines.com will not

accept any opened, non-defective returns. All returns are

subject to the following:

Shipping, insurance, and handling charges are not

refundable. Returns should be shipped insured, as

AeroMachines.com assumes no liability for lost or

damaged return shipments. Save your tracking

numbers, as they can prove invaluable if your return

is lost in transit to us. Your purchase must be

returned with shipping pre-paid.

A RMA number is valid for 10 days from the date

issued. The RMA number must appear on your

return packing label and on the outside of the

shipping box.

All products must be in "as-new" condition, in

original packaging and with all (blank) warranty

cards, manuals, cables and accessories.

Software, media and consumables are not

refundable unless returned unopened in original

packaging with all documentation.

Laser printers, inkjet printers, fax machines,

opened software and special order items may only

be returned for defective replacement.

No returns will be accepted at the corporate office.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping charges are calculated at the time an order is

placed. Total shipping charges are calculated based on

the total weight of all items in your order. On orders with

multiple shipments, the total shipping charges are

included with the first shipment. Shipping charges are

non-refundable. An additional charge of $25.00 will be

charged to your credit card for any shipment that is

refused.

** AEROMACHINES.COM will not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO's,

FPO's or anywhere outside of the United States. **

Choosing Overnight or 2-Day Delivery does not mean

your order will be delivered 1 or 2 days from the time you

place your order. Selecting either of these shipping

options simply means that you will receive your order 1-2

days after your order has been verified and processed

by our Order Processing Department. Every effort is

made to process all orders within 24 hours after

receiving an order, but same-day shipping is not

guaranteed.

Note: Please keep in mind that our distribution

centers do not process or ship orders on

weekends and/or holidays.

SALES TAX

AeroMachines.com charges sales tax on all shipments to the

states of Washington and Massachusetts. If your

package ships from a distribution center in the state in

which you reside, a sales tax may apply. You, the

customer, are responsible for any and all unpaid sales

taxes.

CREDIT CARDS

AeroMachines.com accepts all major credit cards, and there

is no surcharge for using your credit card to make a

purchase. Please be sure to provide the exact billing

address and telephone number as recorded with your

credit card issuing bank. We will ship to an alternate

address only if the address is on file with your credit card

issuing bank. Incorrect information may cause a delay in

the processing of your order. Your credit card will be

MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY

All returns and replacements must be handled directly

through the manufacturer anytime after the first 30 days

of invoice. Manufacturer's warranties vary on each

product. Extended warranties are available directly from

select manufacturers. Manufacturer information is

subject to change without notice. Please contact the

manufacturer to obtain warranty information.

hereby agrees and submits to such jurisdiction and

YEAR 2000 STATEMENT

As AeroMachines.com is not the manufacturer of any

product we sell, "other than the completed systems" we make no representations or warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, and assume no liability for data loss or products that are not

Year 2000 compliant. The sole and exclusive maximum

liability to AeroMachines.com, arising from any products

sold on this site shall be the price of the product ordered,

if found liable. In no event shall AeroMachines.com, its

directors, officers, employees and/or representatives be

liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive

damages relating to the Year 2000 compatibility of

products sold.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due

to typographical error or error in pricing information

received from our suppliers, AeroMachines.com shall have

the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for

products listed at the incorrect price without prior

notification. AeroMachines.com shall have the right to refuse

or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has

been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your

credit card has already been charged for the purchase

and the order is canceled, AeroMachines.com shall

immediately issue a credit to the credit card account in
